Silver Buffalo Casino Installs DVTel iSOC for Improved
Security
Multiple integrated systems soon to include new DVTel Longitude
Access Control
Ridgefield Park, NJ, July 11, 2006 -- DVTel Inc., multiple award-winning market leader in the development and delivery of intelligent security solutions over IP networks, today announced that the Silver Buffalo Casino, located in Anadarko, Oklahoma, has implemented an advanced IP-based digital surveillance system utilizing the DVTel intelligent Security Operations Center (iSOC). The Silver Buffalo Casino is owned by the Apache Tribe.
The installation comprises a large number of surveillance cameras and was designed and integrated into the casinos existing security infrastructure by the Alliance Systems Group. DVTel was chosen because of its excellent system functionality and reputation, and the long-standing relationship between DVTel and Alliance Systems Group.
We needed to get this system up and running quickly, said John Pritchard, Alliance Systems Group, there wasnt a lot of time for learning on the job. The casino and the security operators are impressed with the system functionality, its ease of use, and the advanced video recall and review capabilities. For us, DVTel has a proven, excellent track recordwe are as dedicated to DVTel as they have been to us!
The Silver Buffalo is a relatively new casino and is expected to provide a welcome contribution to the economic development of the Apache Nation. Cameras monitor the gaming areas and all other areas associated with handling money. Currently the system is integrated with alarm management for popping video, as well as a point-of-sale system so that text appears on screen consistent with what is being rung up at cash registers. Future expansion calls for unification with the DVTel Longitude IP Access Control system.
We have installed the iSOC platform in over 20 casinos in the last 12 months, and the Silver Buffalo, like all our casino customers, has been impressed with the systems scalability, flexibility, ease of use, and superior functionality, said DVTel President and CEO, Eli Gorovici. They now have a system that significantly improves their total security operation, not just the video recording. The iSOC also provides a platform for expansion when needed, while offering unlimited integration potential.
